Questions
What can Rowvoice access?
It can open only the spreadsheet you use it in and files it created itself, such as your invoice PDFs and logo. It can't browse or read the rest of your Google Drive. It can send email as you, but only when you choose to email an invoice. It can't read your inbox. See the privacy policy for details.
Where are my invoices stored?
They're saved in a "Rowvoice" folder in your own Google Drive. We don't keep copies. Your client data never touches our servers.
Do I need to change how my sheet is laid out?
Usually not. Rowvoice finds your header row, even below a title, and matches common column names. You can adjust any column in the sidebar. If you don't have a sheet yet, insert the starter sheet.
What happens when I hit the free limit?
You can still create 5 invoices each calendar month. Invoices you already made are never affected. Upgrade to Pro any time for unlimited invoices.
How do I cancel Pro?
Click "Manage billing" in the Rowvoice sidebar, or use the link in your receipt email. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Does it email invoices to clients?
Yes, on Pro. Invoices are sent from your own Gmail, with the PDF attached and replies going to your business email. You write the subject and message once. On the Free plan, each invoice is a PDF in your Drive with a link in the sheet, so you can send it however you like.
